Hiring a virtual assistant is a very easy process! Once You decide which package you want, simply use the link to order. Immediately on receipt of the order you will receive a link to a form that will allow you to select three VA's that you would like to interview. All interviews are on ZOOM and recorded. We will reach out to the applicants to schedule based on your availability. We will be on the call to answer questions that the VA may not be able to answer.
Other companies try to lock you in for a year. We are month to month. Just give us a written email that we acknowledge that you will be cancelling. Your cancellation is effective 30 days from your next billing date. For greater clarity as an example, if you gave notice June 8 and your billing date is June15, then the 30 days is in effect after your June 15th payment. You will have access to everything until July 15th.
If you gave notice June 28th and your billing date is June 15, your cancellation period will be 30 days from the July 15 payment. You will have access to everything until August 15th

Our VA's need some stability so that they can plan. The way we operate it's not a lot of money but it shows the VA's that you have made a commitment. Depending on the package that you took they may not be able to apply for other positions.
We have a different approach to things. There are many site where you can get VA's with years of experience BUT you pay for it. In most cases we found when hiring experienced VA's that we had to train them on what we needed. There was a day that you had no experience and had to start somewhere. Most VSA's just want an opportunity to show you what they can do. There are situations where you get VA's who have full time positions but want to earn a little more each month. They may government employees who will have a pension when they retire. They will never quit their job to be a full time VA. They may earn three times what you pay BUT if they can work in a time frame that doesn't interfere with their current job they will. Newbies need a work history to share. Full time mum's with small children have limited options but when their spouse comes home they are free to contribute to the household income. Students in university or high school NEED work to help them get their education. Our experience shows us that these VA's will be reliable and do a great job.
It's actually a long process with us. We review each application carefully and make sure they are who they say they are. That's why we insist on a video that is shared BEFORE any interviews. We review each video and if the quality isn't good enough we make them redo it. Once you see their qualifications and passion in the video you can decide if you want to have an interview. We try to select only the most motivated talent! We only accept about 10% of applicants. We add new profiles daily and remove ones that have been hired so it's easier to see things.
The process of interviewing, selecting, you figuring out work schedules with your VA typically takes 5 to 7 business days from order date.
I boils down to what is agreed between the parties with a minimum of 2 hours of work when they start a shift. In fairness to the employee if they show up for work and there is not work they will be entitled to 2 hours pay. They will mark it in the time sheet and submit a notice that there was no work or instructions of what to work on. This is why we recommend that you have fallback work that they can do if there is no assigned work. It may be continually producing layouts for upcoming posts that could be used in the future. Another example could be finding and joining local groups so they can promote your business.
The VA's have signed contracts at $3 per hour & we pay them so you don't have to involved. We recommend that until you have an established relationship and are comfortable with the work being done that you leave it at the contracted rate. You will be receiving regular reports about attendance and productivity which gives you a base to make those kinds of decisions.
If you are in anyway demeaning, disrespectful, hurtful or using abusive language with your VA we will terminate your account AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
Whatever work you have done is 100% yours. We have nothing to do with it.
Go ahead and have a look at other sites but make sure you read the fine print. Do they say $5+ an hour plus set up fees & management fees. Do you have to sign for a year? Do they have reports? Can you access reports in real time? Is the same VA assigned to your work each time or do they have to start a new learning curve each time? Do you really need to pay top rates for repeatable work? Do you have to pay a monthly fee to look at profiles or just to post a job? If you do can you track them in real time? Here you get great talent at reasonable rates with controls.
